This is honestly one of the stupidest arguments I have seen in a while. For one reason most of the people making the rules do not even know and have very little right to call the person out.
You all are acting like some dude is going to walk into a girls restroom and do something... WTF are you talking about that can happen now nothing is stopping them. If you think for one minute that if someone walked into a women's restroom to do something horrible. That a law about gender equality is going to protect them then you are foolish.
The fact is most of the people who walk int transgender restrooms are completely indistinguishable from any other male/female. The question arises when someone does catch a glimpse of something and does go crazy about something stupid. Or even worse they cannot fully pass for the gender they are trying to pass for.
Living in Atlanta I see this ever once in a little while. And tho it is somewhat confusing or different most people just shrug and laugh it off. The point of the NC debate was people wanted to actually withhold more rights from trans-gendered people. Even in my state we are a right to work and it is left at that but it is often used as a way to give companies the ability to chose their employees based on the company's personal beliefs even tho it doesn't say that directly.
