I have always owned purebred German Shephards, they are amazing, smart and loyal. The only small dog I have owned was an Italian Greyhound. They look similar to whippets. They are prone to epilepsy which is quite scary but he was the snuggliest lap dog ever, I miss him still.

As someone who used to breed and sell dogs, I recommend the chihuahua. The "teacup" dogs are prone to plenty of problems due to the inbreeding required to get them to that size, and all small dogs are expensive to have taken care of at the vet, so minimizing the health risks can also minimize your dogs impact on your wallet. Chihuahua also has the potential to have a fairly long lifespan, as do a lot of small dogs. If you are not absolutely set on one of those two dogs, I would say get a corgi or a boston terrier, but I would warn against pocket beagles or yorkshire terriers. Corgis and bostons are pretty easy to train, but everyone has a corgi and bostons are very energetic and sometimes expensive. Pocket beagles usually have tons of problems and yorkshire terriers, if not trained, can be very unpleasant as well as being outrageously expensive. As always, consider adopting a dog.

The best recommendation I can give, that I always give, is "get a mutt." Get something that is a crossbreed or whose breed is difficult to determine. They last longer. One of my dogs is what I like to call a "premium shepherd." Brazilian mastiff, english mastiff, and german shepherd. "Rescued" him from a breeder who was trying to sell him off as a french mastiff. Had to bathe the living **** out of him as he was covered in fleas and **** when I got him. He is a good dog though, and will almost certainly last a long time. I keep five various mastiffs, a few old corgis, and a pair of aged beagles. Feeding all of them is less expensive than you would think, but more expensive than I would like.

Side note, the point about the dogs you talk about being annoying is because they are well known as very loud dogs with very sheer, peircing, barks and are willing to bark at anything for any reason. Their owner will find it adorable, your guests and neighbors will want to put a bullet in your dog.

thank you for ur answer saltmummy and the others, hm i googled the dogs u adviced me to take a look at , and honestly , i just dont like so much how they look. ok the dogs character , what it'll need etc matter a lot, but the look as a pet as well, and they're just not what im looking for, its really nothing like the pic of the dog i posted , do u know other races that are more similar and could match my criterias? as for the barking the more i think of it, the more i realise id problably get annoyed if my pet would bark all the time even if i'd love her. what do you think of a Shih Tzu? my previous neighbor had one, and she was so sweet, like a real doll, never barks, tiny and tidy,looks adorable and loves cuddling, and she would love living in her house and would play by the pool. idk if all the Shih Tzu are like that though but she was like the perfect dog =/ she went several times to see a doctor though, but i wouldnt mind

as for the hair , i dont think the dogs ive listed have problems leaving those eveywhere do they? i know shih tzu dont,i always wear tights and when her dog would jump on my legs it'd never leave or scratch anything

Small dogs will have a yappy annoying bark but they wont really bark that much once they get use to your environment.

Shih tzu's are sweet dogs. If i remember correctly they don't really leave hair everywhere.I wouldn't really worry too much about dogs shedding if you keep up with them which can be hard depending on your schedule. My dog will shed like crazy after winter. Good upkeep will really help with them not leaving hair everywhere.

Yorkies, Maltese, Beagles, any terrier or spaniel are nice dogs that might meet your wants. I LOVE beagles and especially the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Those dogs are cute as all *****.
