Can you handover a PClaim to an alt or can only the person who built it own it?

Noy who build it, but you can give your alt permissions by giving him a green name on the kin list and change the green name on the pclaim to access.

The only way a pclaim is passed to another character is via the death of the builder. If you die on that character then inherit from that death that is the only way to transition a pclaim to another character.
