'Feather of the Brave' and Streaming

So what are the rules for getting the 'Feather of the Brave'? Do you only get one for streaming once or do you get more occasionaly if you stream constantly?

consistent streamers earn one, I believe. I only streamed briefly and did not get one for it.

u gotta want to stream and enjoy it to earn smth which is fair, not just do it for the hat
i love twitchTV and i love salem so ill stream everyday and get a witch hat some day :P

Maybe we can get an official dev comment here. I thought Daopa was given another one once he had his stolen. I was just curious if Nixikos could receive another one if he streamed as much as he used to.

Geez man, it's just John giving a little present to someone if he likes their stream. There's no particular rules.
