Trees and mo'fuggen bees

Postby Lazun123 » Thu Apr 21, 2016 1:54 am

So i find myself confused about fruit trees, and actually getting them to produce some yummy fruit.

First, if a beehive is at 100% honey, dose it no longer pollinate trees? Or no longer produce drone bees?

Also as long as there are 60k worker bees, and no queens or drones, dose it still pollinate trees?

I think that yes, yes, yes and yes. Though without a queen and drones your workers will die fairly quickly. (wanted to make a joke with the US without the British crown but hey history told us otherwise)

Skeps with full honey don't pollinate trees?

Having a full hive doesn't effect pollination or drone production from what I've seen. If you are having trouble getting fruit to grow just make a fresh alt and leave it logged in next to your fruit trees all Everbloom(or until it dies of madness).

I thought it was the number of times the tile was loaded. So, you'd log in an alt every 45 mins or so.

it is the number of worker bees that counts when pollineating trees.
It doesn't matter whether queens/drones are present or not.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Hi. I have a small question about blossom. I have about 100-150 (don't remember) fruit trees on my old base. When my main character lived there, i got 2-4 blooming trees everyday during everbloom. I'm building a new base now, so i left a small alt on my old base. This alt doesnt have fruit orchards. I logged in several times a day with this alt all this week, but i got no blooming trees. So the question is: is it matter, who is loading fruit trees? Is it important to have fruit orchards or high h&s? Thanks for your answers.
