Although I've only been playing about 2 weeks, so far I've found my 3 most hated things to be:

1) Making board piles (cutting trees, collecting stones, and the process of making the boards)
2) Making bricks
3) Picking autumn grass

Those things drive me crazy!

IMHO wrought is definitely a winner. Not sure if mining is really no 2, since some responses referred to very specific conditions. Maybe we just have lots of chores that take too long to do...

1. Planting, fertilizing, upkeep on fields (cotton)
2. Making Wrought (alone)... more tedious than boring...still
3. Building wall defenses
