Black screen after login

I even reinstalled the windows, but still black screen ;-;

If you're launching the game for the first time then you have to wait for it to download needed files. If after few minutes you still have the black screen then there might be a problem with your connection to the server.

It drop's me to the login screen, after several minutes.

Do you have other characters to try? Does it also happen when you create a new char?

Did you type ctrl T in game?
If you see skill names then the game is loading. If it is still in "?????" Then it isnt loading.

@Frakked I'm being nice to him. Also it may be 1 am for you but it was 1pm for me or so since I'm in visiting Poland. Also don't be mean since I wasn't. I helped you on your tbf, and I would again because your brbrbrhuehuehue lives there. Don't make me not help you next time.

I typed cntr + t, didn't work
And I don't see anything but darkness, I can only open the console, no chat open's

It's because Russian ip, using vpn fixes this, but its laggy and I must pay for this later

That's the problem then. People far from the server have very long loading times when loading things for the same time.

My friend had this problem at college. It was because of his internet, maybe the ISP. Not sure which client you're using but he had better luck by downloading the Default client and running that.
