Near the feather there are obvious black lines.

Take a Musketeer's Hat and look very closely from the back at the feather, it's clear that the black lines aren't a part of the feather.

I fail to see the importance. Whether it is part of the feather or a missed pixel what does it matter? It is almost indistinguishable.
