Edit: Wait oh you mean central Europe. Yeah I suppose you could count it as Central Europe. We Americans generally consider the ex-Yugoslavian countries as "The Balkans" or South Eastern Europe. We generally refer to Central Europe as anything that's not the Balkans or the old parts of the Soviet Union. Either way it's close.
