The relevant terrorists today. Christian terrorism is rare in comparison.
What most people have in mind when they think terrorism, they think of religious extremists and more often than not, it's islamic fundementalists who fall under that category.
The ETA is a political-terrorist group and they haven't been relevant enough anymore to change face of the idea of what a terrorist is.

Aum Shinrikyo. A religious "doomsday" sect in japan. Released saren gas into subways. Considering the death count of other saren gas related attacks, the Tokyo subway attack and matsumoto incident were relatively minor. My chemistry teacher told us that the amounts of saren used were small, and while subway tunnels are really rather tight and enclosed environments, the volume of gas was easily dispersed and somewhat neutralized, generally just making people who were at the locations sick instead of killing them. Aum Shinrikyo is split up into two groups now, but all this to say no, not all terrorists are muslim.
