Sounds smart to me with that little detail.
Plus, "owes money to a bank" means nothing without further detail. If I have 1 million dollars cash in my mattress and don't tell you about it, then I go buy a car tomorrow with a $45,000 credit line, you can go around telling people that I personally owe a bank $45,000.

So the question is does he borrow from little banks for the better rates or do the big banks no longer loan him money at any rate? Seems like something we should know before we make him a major party nominee for president.
