Tool belt bug

I used a whetstone on my Spanish saber and now I can't put it in the tool belt for some reason (I still can equip it normally)

afaik you never could, but there's a... sort of bug... where if you have it equipped and you auto-swap to a tool then it goes into your belt anyways despite not being able to put it there directly. It's sort of a lesser evil kind of thing so I think it was intended behavior just out of there not really being a better solution since having to remove your sword would suck.

the alternative used to be it being dropped in the inventory, where it could get lost/dropped/messed up by people like heff. This is slightly confusing, but safer.
