I get your point and agree on it is a pve server. What I mean is when you raid someone base, you not really only taking the 1 segment of wall. If i was raided, I would prob lose all my good stuff that take months to acquire, I would probably rebuild somewhere else also in case of revisit. So in the end I lose so much more than just a plank wall. While the raider only lost the the time breaking it down and you can raid multiple claims with a character so I wouldn't count the time creating it.

everyone that does not suck has a dozen or more walls, so if you have nothing but a plank wall whatever was in your town to be taken was not worth the effort to spend time on to begin with. since a few months ago i sold you your most coveted items which for any veteran would not have been worth raiding a simple player claim for we both know i can speak with some authority on that issue.

And thanks for that. I get what you mean now, I never imagine a base like that before. Guess I have to start building my defense now.

Have you posted any ideas on how to improve raiding? It's hard to take people ***** in a positive way to change when they offer nothing in ways to improve the game.

[quote="Lazun123"]I really hope they make some changes soon, breaking into a rail fence is taking a stupid amount of time. Also just trespassing is taking waaayyyyy to much BB. Building a defense with stuff like torch's and braziers and getting pummeled by them make sense. But once you break past their defenses, getting worn down just by looking for the good stuff to take is super annoying!

Raiding and perma-death attracted me to this game, but if I needa 500humor alt just to take a noobs rail fenced plot is beyond idiotic.

Why not tier it, to make if more fun for noobs and vets. For example

1-30humor toons can raid plots with a stick fence
30-70 rail fence
70-150 for stone
150-300 plank
350-500 for brick and esc.

I think a person who works hard to defend his base deserves to have it equally difficult to break into. So lifting the stacking penalty of turrets. The additions they added for more defense were fine, and my opinion balanced (pig iron turrets and mortar) It gives noobs a chance to make low cost defense and also take a active role to fend off more veteran players.

But as darwoth stated a lot of the bases he ravaged had terrible and lazy defense, i myself have come across settlements with utter **** defense and its still a long process just to look around and commit crimes.

Easy fix in my opinion, lift the tea nerf, reduce the BB drain while on their land.

For defenders, lift the turret stacking penalty. Build more defense have more protection, slack on defense get raided. sounds fair to me.

Please revert all changes made to the raiding system in the last year or so.
