Adding carebear content is alot more easy and aparently thats what they have been shooting for since the beginning. Making the more difficult changes was too much to ask for them. They have clearly shown their lack of willingness to balance the game with their expedition approach, I am quite done with their development.

The raiding system is going to change, but it's going to stay balanced at about the difficulty it is at now.

I really hope they make some changes soon, breaking into a rail fence is taking a stupid amount of time. Also just trespassing is taking waaayyyyy to much BB. Building a defense with stuff like torch's and braziers and getting pummeled by them make sense. But once you break past their defenses, getting worn down just by looking for the good stuff to take is super annoying!

Raiding and perma-death attracted me to this game, but if I needa 500humor alt just to take a noobs rail fenced plot is beyond idiotic.

Why not tier it, to make if more fun for noobs and vets. For example

1-30humor toons can raid plots with a stick fence
30-70 rail fence
70-150 for stone
150-300 plank
350-500 for brick and esc.

Or at the very least bring back tea recharge!! plllllzzzzzz

I am loyal to this game, but these raid changes are killing it for me, is there a ETA on the raid changes??

Most of the raiding changes they have implemented to simply keep raise the barrière over and over again have greatly sucked. It actually has been to maintain carebears like yourself that would really quickly leave the game under previous systems.
The fact that you are whining about it now enjoys me greatly. How you even think that you would have a base to call yourself home on Providence while being a top customer.

As you could read from TM's previous comment, it is not going to become easier. That is a pity, but I would suggest to lower down your hopes. It always has been quite dissapointed for me, trust me.

It has been quite dissapointed for me to rely upon the hope of different (better) raid mechanics. They are fairly clear with the way they want to bend this game now.

So are they going to make this game more of a Farmville PVE game???

Im not against them making it harder for those that work for it. It takes a lot of time to build a bunch of walls and a load of turrets, so making it harder to break in I understand. But somebody who has a half ass attempt at defending their base should not be rewarded with more defense perks.

I have been a victim of KKK, that being said, I actually had a blast reading on the forums of all the **** that was happening, ever sense the change I feel like things have become stagnant and dull.

Right now the bets mainly have been placed on the expeditions, where Providence will basicly be a very safe haven with only pity crimes. Actually hardcore raiding will not happen, Darwoth might still pull of some mentionable hits, it will be that and perhaps the rise of a new, much, much more competent and larger group that is willing to do the trade-off.

You and Darworth seemed to have raided a lot. What do you feel could help with the raiding system?

Would love to see what darworth would say as well.

I don't know about you guys, but with 400 bile alt I can tank brazzier and break at least 1 layer of plank wall in about 4-6 hour. That right there take way less time than the time the person I am raiding took to hoard all his stuff, build his wall, repair his wall. I don't know why people still complaining, start on a expidition server or wait for the next one? And noooo it don't take a 500 bile alt to attack rail...you are doing something wrong.
