Lilypad Bulb, Milkweed Roots, Peyote Cactus, Honeysuckle Kudzu, Spring Beauty, Mayapple.

I tried bulb and cactus to no avail. I didn't try milkweed and kudzu, I'll try tomorrow.
The Beauty and Mayapple will work for sure (giving probably Stocks and Herbs or Flora)

Actually I can still test if a flower/veggy is usable on a grave, because of the message.
So Milkweed and Kudzu can't be used on a grave :/
[Edit: neither Tornbush Flowers]

Still only 2 remaining flowers for 5 missing proficiencies.

I am just betting mayapple is SnC and Spring Beauty is HnS. ;)

As DarkNacht said it's based on the prof on the flower. So Mayapple will probably give Stocks and Spring Beauty flora or herbs.

But there is an issue : there are not enough flower types to cover the 15 proficiencies.
Not all the flowers from "Any Flower" are working, far from it.
Those can't be used to pay respect : Frost Flower, Sunnyflower (Proud or not), Dehydrated Rose, Daisy, Wild Garlic, Flower arrangement, even tried Oakworth and god knows what :p

So I've no clue which flowers to try 3 profs : Cloak, pPhy and either Herbs or Flora.

I never needed to know all those so I can't tell for sure, but that makes perfectly sense.
There are 12 "true" flowers that are all "new" flowers like mayapples and spring beauty plus devils wort which is much older but was changed (anyone still remeber you could eat it and it did blood damage if you did?! ^^) and red roses.
I am pretty sure spring beauty is HnS which leaves FnF that might have something, and CnD + Perennial, which likely have none.

...I would not be surprised if you can use yellow roses, too, anyone tried yet?! :D

Actually my last idea is that some flowers gives two profeciencies: when the first is full it starts to raise the second one.
So Devil's Wort could raise Cloak when nPhy has reached the ancestor's value.
Red Roses most certainly raises pPhy after Faith, and maybe Spring Beauty do Herbs after Flora (or the other side around).

I'll try this out during the following days.

Wrong :p
I cheated and raised my nPhy to what my ancestor had.
Then I used a Devil's Wort on the grave and it gave nothing at all.

I'm out of ideas now.

I can somewhat understand for C&D and probably pPhy, but it appears there is no flower to raise Herbs. That seems odd.

I would have thought spring beauty to do that, but it's FnF according to your list, that really is odd.
On the other hand, HnS is the 2nd most easy to lvl profession, so who cares? ^^
