Should I Be Able to Plant These?

I grew cherries in pots:


I have Fruit Orchards:


I can't interact with the pot at all.

I'm not sure if they're just not done, or if I'm missing some skill, or what. I also have Nut Orchards, if that matters for some odd reason. They were planted before the last patch.
