some indicator of sanity actions done in game

It would be great if people could know that tiers action is adding insanity, directly in game without having to trust wiki or reading all releasenotes back 1 year. Someting like small arrow like in dont starve. Or some sound maybe ?
For new people its quite hard to cure madnes and also wiki is not always 100% correct. Can I split that

I believe the mystery about what causes insanity and how much it causes is intentionally mysterious, hence there only being a way of seeing madness levels and having insanity hidden. Because madness can cause permadeath they tend to disclose new sources of it on the forums but I doubt that even from scouring the forums you'd be able to compile a complete list.

You could simply do something that you think is insane 100 times and then see if you gain a level no?

I am not that interested in solving mysteries the community can indeed solve itself.

In that case release notes could say someting at the end of the sanity actions listing like ..."and more undisclosed sanity actions". I did not know now if more items are ment to be discovered or that listing is complete.
