Improve town(npc) stalls

I always thinking about this - In town stall we can buy and sell. I imagine this as export/import beacouse we are colony - but, whan if we could rebuy, solded items ?
For 150-300% of sold price for ex. ... or individual for every thing .
And/or expand the list of buy/sell items in this town stall

150-300% seems a little low for the King's markup, it would probably be more likely 500-1000%.
