I dont ask IF , i ask WHEN i will die , money from my bank account will be transfered to my next character ? or it will be lost ?

Bank account is linked to your "account" not to your "character" : so if you have several character under the same account , all of them can take or deposit money from your Bank Account [except Providence and Popham have two separate Bank Account].

And when one of your character will be dead , all of your next characters will have access to the Bank Account in the same way.
