there'll be a bunch of free stalls now. JC made it so that empty stalls will run out of money quickier

I saw the system pop up notice for this on patch night. I hope it works and frees up lots of the empty stalls. I am not near mercantilism skill yet, but have been keeping an eye on the level of vacant stalls and its disapointing.
That patch night, I didn't realize about the token message. I missed the chance to gamble on the teams. Who won? I would have bet on the cougars.
