"Could not connect to server"

I've never entered the game since i got the beta key.

when i try to login it does the authenction , but failing to connect.

what can be the problem?

Could you describe what is occurring a bit better? Is the downloader stalling out and hanging at the "authenticating" step? Has the game actually launched and your getting the "could not connect to server" message?

For the latter, you should check the server status page: login.salemgame.com/portal/state The game servers may be experiencing problems.

For the former, it could be several issues, some with no sure answer. You need to make sure any security software running will let Java apps run. You could have an error in the download and need to clear the cache and download again. You could have an issue in your Java installation, need to uninstall cleanly and reinstall.

it appears after i click on Login ,
it does the Authenticating , then Connecting , and the Screen is popping up to this :

Check the server status page first (link in my post above) first to see if the servers are up. I believe that if Plymouth is down, nobody can connect (all logins go through this one server currently). If the servers are up, check both your security software and routers to make sure there are proper permissions. If necessary, ports TCP 1871 and UDP 1870 need to be opened up.
