For crimes most dire

Postby MarpTarpton » Wed Feb 03, 2016 7:58 pm

Ladies, Gentlemen, and Ambiguous,

I come to you today a humble man. It was recently brought to my attention that my resignation has been requested from my position on the moderation team. As this is not a matter of moderation or punishment, I feel that we are fully within the guidelines of forum policy to remain as transparent as possible about this very serious allegation. However, I will not name my accuser until such a time as they are willing to name themselves.

Any time a complain of this nature is brought to the team's attention, JC provides the accused with a number of options to save their honor. After careful calculation, I have declined the options of a Trial by Combat and 10 lashings in favor of the third option, a public poll. Now, it's my understanding that these polls are the best way to gather a fair and unbiased opinion on the behalf of the community, something that shouldn't be tampered with in order to gain a proper idea of where the public is leaning.

And so I have come to you. My people.

I have been accused of the following crimes:

1) That I have intentionally and with malice caused trolling in excess in an otherwise innocent and fruitful post.
2) That I have used my forum powers to abuse a player, causing grievous mental anguish to the victim.
3) That I have portrayed a player in a vulgar and licentious light, perpetuating this image through my position of authority.

The determination of this poll with decide my fate. I beg of you, community, please be merciful. Thank you for your participation, and I trust you will make the correct decision.

both of this seem void i'd say

Maybe slightly the third one, but I hoped that when the players concerned nagged to you about it, you'd simply edit out the slightly libellous fanfic.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

I would pool whatever is left of my resources to beat the **** out of any player who would feel that Marp is less than perfect and holy on these, our forums. His love of Belgear is what keeps me here on these hallowed pages, and I hope that someday your love may blossom into the greatest 3-way in the course of history (including me of course, without me its just a 2 1/2 way anyways).

What the.... how can someone request the resignation from your position?

There shall not be another Marp but you!

"3) That I have portrayed a player in a vulgar and licentious light, perpetuating this image through my position of authority."
