And even then, I see no reason why it changes his capacity as a mod on this forum. If it's true, it sucks, but he IS able to mod this forum well enough. I think officially we still have magicman and sabinati too, by the way.

Sabinati has posted once in the last 5 months and Magicman hasn't been on in a month and a half.

This is me getting him banned or shadow banned on Reddit after the first problems:

In retaliation he then took me off the mod list of /r/SalemReddit and banned me from even posting on it even though I hadn't posted on it in months:

His townmates then used this forum to brigade me in further retaliation before Tmeow hinnoned it:

viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16919

This is our main mod. I can't understand how you guys think this is okay.

i refuse to look at reddit because it doesn't count.
As for the thread you indicated, don't you notice how you shoot yourself in the foot? He is actually stating that systematically downvoting you would get people banned, and not to do it.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

To be fair he was talking about getting banned on reddit, not the salem forums... I would have expected him to hinnom it right away rather than suggest against reddit things, but that alone doesn't really seem demote-worthy.

Well this is the evidence, think what you want. I'd still support you for mod if you want it.

You called it borderline doxxing in the thread. How would he know it'd get anyone banned on reddit?

Its not evidence. And none of us are okay with a mod going all vindictive but. Hey its not like you aint throwin stones back at him.

Either way. Til he messes up on theese forums we have no reason to have him removed. And besides...Short supply of people that wouldnt abuse the mod powers and actually wishes to be a mod.

No youre not suited whatever you may think.

Who's talking about having him removed. I didn't say we need to have him removed. This whole thread is about having someone else also be a mod so that we don't have this tiny option for mods. I think we need more view points about how and why people are banned because right now it's just a few people. We used to have like 8 mods on this forum right? ...along with an active mod forum section. Why do we only have one active mod now? All I'm saying is that we need more and I was trying to apply for it by getting people to vote for me while also ironically posting a poll during the start of the U.S. presidential election.

I'd still support Kand for mod. There are 2 or 3 others I could stand to see as mod. Maybe I'll put that in the poll.

I called it "kind of borderline doxxing" since it's still online and still your same username, true doxxing is revealing IRL personal things which are not contained within your provided forum/game information... I'm agreeing with you that it should have been hinnom'd rather than replied to but again, it's not quite capital "D" Doxxing and again, doesn't seem like it significantly goes against his otherwise decent modding track record.

Regardless of what Dallane's issues are (separate subject), I don't think it would make sense for the guy who goes out of his way to embarrass himself on the forums and lately has been spending more time being banned than not to be a mod... That's pretty simple.

This is not doxing. You said it yourself, you use same name and posted in salem thread (iirc you even mentioned on this forum that you did), no personal information was revealed whatsoever.

Anyways....

Now for Something completely different:

RECOUNT

Edit: Clearly I am not the establishment candidate and maybe I'm too controversial for this election. I'm not afraid of a little competition. I've added some other names of people who I think would also make great mods because we need more than one mod for the good of the game.

Please Post in this thread if you want your name to be added to the poll. Final names have to be in by THIS Friday night. Final results will be counted and locked at the moment of release of the next patch whenever that is.
