the fact someone can summon you over and over for the same crime is horrid.

it becomes nothing more than a troll game of 500 vs 2000, in which whoever has the most silver wins in that they ruin their opponents char....

this is nothing more than a gold sink via the devs and a horrible demotivater to play salem. what kind of pvp is this?!?

1 summon per the same crime is how it should work.

multiple crimes, multiple summons is fine.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time nab

Instead of seeing it as a shortcoming to the system that a crime can be used multiple times, I think it would benefit players if they thought about it in the sense that the duration in which crime scents persist was dramatically reduced in this same change. Thus, the amount of 'time' you can be stocked is more a relation to the severity of the crime. And that each stocking is really just a prolonged sentence.

I mean I guess to get this point across I could have stockings last 1 week straight until bought out and then simply raise the buyout to (number of days in stocks * 2000) but then I imagine players would complain when their buyout is 14,000 silver. And I preferred this cat and mouse where the victim must keep prosecuting the criminal to get the full effect.

just so u guys know this nab here got his ***** wall down, the raider didnt even take anything as he had nothing, his neighbour on the other hand had most of her stuff taken, so Nab being a fartbag stocks the raider and start shouting in prv 'whipe the fool' a couple mints i step in a try to fix stuff between him and his neibour and the raider, while he kept cursing then logged off, his friend got a nice feasting set almost all her stuff and basicly support from the raider himself.
at least be nice nab !
Note: i had no relation to the crime scene, just pointing story

for all i know you and the raider are same person lol

its ok, im new to the game. you obviously own the abandoned small PC next to my base. in which i tresspassed upon trying to remove it in order to expand. in my nub ways, I pulled a haystack from a container (I had just unlocked larceny and was curious how it worked). few nights later you must of walked down there, saw my base. saw my tracks. you summon me (which is fine). then you raided me (which is fine). then chain summoned me again after I used all my silver on the first release (which is where it went too far). i lost my char because you have more silver than me. but you know what, its not hard for me to farm 500 and keep chain summoning you to the stockaid (like you did me) forcing you to pay 2k for each release, even as a nub I can farm 500 pretty fast. you left enough evidence on the ground to make that happen indefintely, its spread out among many alts in bags that are safe (for 90 days if I am reading this right). so stay naked my friend. your time is coming. remember you started this. i would have been perfectly fine with you raiding me, taking everything I own. thats part of the game. but the whole chain summoning of my main, thats the part thats broken (what I do not like). and thats the way you chose to grieve. so i will use it against you, like you did me.

as for my neighbor i do not speak for him. so I am not sure what happened there. i just know he lost everything on the same night. so I will assume that was you as well.

me? heck no. im learning the game. this is fun :D just wish I had some more silver flowing my way :D and they would somewhat what fix the evidence/chain summoning exploit. 1 summon should only be allowed per crime. you should not be allowed to right click a crime and pick up multiple instances of evidence, in which you can use to persecute (chain summon) multiple time. this seems rather ignorant as a judicial system.
