I was in Iceland a couple months ago, alot of Americans used it as their stop-by to Europe for a small week.

It was great, luckly for me there was a cultural festifal that week, when you're at it, the following things are a must:

* Visit the The Blue Lagoon

* Do a golden circle trip, do not take a tourguide. Go out there on your own, rent a car for a day. (Waterfalls, Geysers etc)

* Do an ice cave Expedition

* Enjoy the wonderfull blond women (they are so sexy)

* Whalewatching, is quite fun and the rate to see whales is actually high, I saw several groups (***** heavy rain on sea tho)

* Hire a bike, there are nice (rough) biking patches

* In the winter, you might be luckly and go out to watch the northern lights, I sadly went too early for that.

Also, they have a good bus system, I used them alot, rather than paying for the taxi's all the time.

Try the Iceland Horses they are lovely, and a beginner can easy ride them without not to much damage on your ass. They are walking free on the Island and its like a bank deposit how many you have. So never ask them how many horses they have :)
And i want you to try the Hákarl its a fermented shark eats with a sip of there Aqvavit. And i want to know how you manage it :)

Never thought I would ever encounter/hear about anything like a ***** museum. I guess there are always new things to hear about every day.

There's a museum for almost anything somewhere out there.

Have a lot of fun!
I hope to be able to go there one day :)
Even more so now that I am made aware of the museum of phallic imagery.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Case in point. MY perfect museum trip would be to San Francisco to see http://sffoghorn.org/2014/11/12/only-in-sf-an-lsd-museum/. It is exactly what it sounds like, full uncut sheets of perforated lsd blotter paper, framed and hanging around. And yes, I'm seriously interested in this and would love to make the trip (pun intended, go ahead and hate). heres a digital version of the same idea, but far less fancy
