Do you think its easy to do this realistically speaking?

It's doable by using egg white as it's done in some real wine process.

Make the bushes (cranberries, huckleberries, ....) plantable at the exact location you want they grow (assuming it's possible to grow there) like the trees. For the moment, I must plant them further then uproot and replant where I need them.

Give the possibility to color buildings and walls/gates : it would be nice to have colored houses, coffers, pots ... with an option on the building or by painting them.

Add new potions for curing ill crops in the field (if animals can be ill, crops can be too). If you don't cure, food will be infected and you be ill as well.

Those last two are not small ideas. If you have a larger complicated suggestion, make a thread. The paint idea already exists though, so you don't need to make a thread for that.

Rabbits have no brain? Maybe add ''Rabbit Brain'' which gives 1/3 tanning concentration to the tanning fluid and bigger animal brains such as bears to have 10% concentration or more

I've thought about dabbling in various brain sizes quite a few times. In the end I think it is still a bit too early in the game to have dynamic size values and the game is already daunting enough for a new player at that stage to have to worry about if they had a 'large enough' brain to work.
