Where to find Beavers?

Postby Kaol » Mon Nov 19, 2012 2:20 pm

Is there a reliable way to find beavers?

I really need beaver meat but can never find them. I try near water but they seem very rare. I can always find tons of rabbits and deer but never beavers. Even bears are somewhat reliable in a sweep of the forest.

They spawn most often in shallow water, but are also rare spawns in at least the pine forests, autumnal forests, and badlands. They could pop up in other terrains also, but I haven't seen them in any others, yet.

I even saw them near Jamestown once. I usually see them every 8 to 12 hours of game play if I am wandering enough.

I hear there is a backalley in Boston with some red lights that you can find beaver.... oh wait you mean the real kind? I usually find Beavers near water though not always directly next to it. They show up in both forest and grasslands, but in my experience they seem to appear more in grasslands.

Damn you.... You beat me to it. lmfao

Generally follow any river running out of Boston and you'll find some eventually, also walking the coastline of lakes.
