Not to disrupt things, but I would like to mention that, ahem, A waste claim protected by, in some way, a V claim, that in no other way abuses bugs, is legitimate. Yes, you will have to commit crimes to assault the town that protects a waste claim. However, a waste claim protected solely by pclaims or otherwise utilizing large objects, especially those which must be burned down to be destroyed, to protect it are of questionable legitimacy and we reserve the right to nerf them at our sole discretion. Simply put, if someone is willing to invest in a town bell, you have to commit crimes to defend yourself properly. If you, as someone who is laying a waste claim, don't want to drop a bell, you must actively defend your waste claim from those who would knock it down.
