Well in France when you see the rise of people like LePen from the FN who have close ties with neonazis groups and are very extreme rights.
To give you examples on what they want to do if they are elected:
-Getting out of Europe aka signing the death of our economy
-No more healthcare (well socialists are doing that currently so I guess it's not only extreme rights)
-Closing our boundaries (we are doing that currently because of the recent terrorists attack but in private they said they wanted some shoot on sight-style boundaries).
-Anti-muslim policy (Some of you might agree with that but I personally do not believe that Muslims should be laid accountable for the extremists that are using their faith to create chaos. But well i'm quite anti-religion myself I just try to be open-minded0
-Reintroducing death penalty, harsher sentences and a zero-tolerance policy.
- Anti-immigration policy (think what you will but with a population growth rate of 1.9, countries like France need immigration if they want to survive. Perhaps we should be a bit more selective that is all. The FN however want to entirely close our borders and prevent immigration altogether going as far as to call immigration a mortal threat to civil peace in France.
-No more dual citizenship/
- Authoritative economy
- Reintroducing the Franc as our currency (again in my opinion it would lead to economical collapse).
-Mandatory military training (not an extremely bad idea but we don't have the economy to handle it. Though it would probably lead to less delinquency)
Also shady stuff:
- as I mentionned strong political ties with neonazis groups
- ties with Russia for some reason.
- Jean Marie LePen defined Gas Chambers as "a detail in the face of History" and that the occupation wasn't "that bad".
The scariest part is that they are smart about it. When Jean Marie LePen the former leader of the party expressed his opinion on gas chambers, they distanced themselves from him all towards the goal of getting elected. They gain more and more popularity and I cannot but to see the resemblance with the rise of a certain party during the 30s.
