Not really. There are a lot of people who don't understand mechanics and don't invest time in learning them, then get mad when they make idiotic post. Having a combo of both is excellent, having a good layout will come with investing time with raiding and learning mechanics, Anyone posting a "good" layout more than likely has no idea what they are talking about because this isn't information you share with a potential enemy.
