Yea, this might be bugged for more than 8 days of a season is rather unusual, possible explanations:

1.) There was a BM, but server crashed right ways and was brought back up shortly, followed by a new everbloom, that is unlikely though as there were no people complaining about the +2 madness.

2.) There was a BM but the server crashed before the +2 madness was applied, yet again I doubt that.

3.) JC changed something because ...you know, because of reasons.

It seems Everbloom is late.

Will the summer season ... ever bloom again? Or is it going to stay cold forever, Oh SNAP, I just said that.

Maybe patching the server messed up the seasons somehow for serious though.

The last Everbloom lasted from rounded Tue 17:00 to Thurs 14:00= 8D 21Hr so we are still within that parameter and hitting that mark in 11 hours. I am expecting a season change in the next 6-8 hours.
