Artifacts

Alloying, mining and production. For example, silver circlet has 5 slot + 2 possibility more, so 7 total. What artifacts is best for alloying? I found 4 buckles, still 3 free slots.
The same about mining artifacts.

Production including all civilian bonuses is in wiki. So affluence, rummaging, mining and alloying too?

Alloying: Increases the bar yield when smelting and crafting metal bars. How much?
The same mining, how much it will increase aether.

Some numbers please. Thanks.

Use this one: http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Artifact

There are 5 buckles with +alloying. Also, take a look at Productivity, which is filled in in salemwiki.info and not on salem-wiki.com.

Each artifact in the same item needs to be unique. Also it's 6 slots. You use one slot to gain two.

* Adds an additional artifice slot. On failure, you lose one slot.

Alloying. With zero alloying i get 1-3 bars (12lime+13ore), How much alloying for better results, like 5+ bars every round? You know, i will not waste potential silver ore.

It's already in the forums here somewhere iirc. It was talked about recently.

Here is what I was talking about. The two Dev replies don't suggest that Sipo is wrong except for the "step up" comment. Take that as you will.

I don't have time to locate the post, but I believe someone with a green or pink name admitted that the smelter's product is checked only when it actually produces a bar. So if you really had the formula known you could make a smelt run that nearly produced a single bar, then make a run with a minimum of silver ore and yield a silver bar. You could practice this with iron and copper. I consider this to be scentless true counterfeiting, if it's in fact possible.

Edit: Found it!
