Stuff you can do during blood moon

Postby Nikixos » Tue Oct 20, 2015 12:54 am

Some secret stuff can be done during a bloodmoon.
For a common pilgrim, is there anything else we can get besides Blood shards from sifting?

As far as I know the blood shards are the only 'blood moon' exclusive item (at least for us normal folks). When it comes to what you can do during a blood moon...pretty much anything in your base that you would usually do - so long as you don't do anything stupid like carry something while you are low phlegm you will be fine. Im not sure why people make such of a big deal about it really.
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Been giving blowdarts a hard look... think the only real solution here... is to carve out a Maze in mine...that takes 5-10 min to reach... and then destroy all the mine supports on the way out... even if someone to stupid enough to go and get them... cave in chance would be high and if they got caught... they could hardly port home with the scents!?

IDK... that's my initial reactrion to blowdarts

This is an interesting idea. Can you try to have a cave-in on top of a tunnel-down? I mean, for example, find an entrance to level 2, go down and craft poison or counterfeit silver, go up and try to get a cave-in to destroy the tunnel-down? Thereby covering all scents never to be recovered again?

It's not thaaat much, simply sitting down in the church will do that, depending on you BB and insp/sec it might not be that much better than sleeping in a grand bed though.

There actually are simpler ways to achieve that.

Scents remain, but they would have to dig them back up
