Body question

Is it a crime to move bodies on another persons claim? Or skeletons? It seems like it might be, but I can't remember reading it anywhere or a way to formulate a search to easily find a reference.

It is a crime to steal body or skeleton from the hostile claim. And, just in case - grave robbing is a separate crime.
It is a crime to trespass hostile claim. It is not a crime to drop any objects on other's person claim.
