Invisible character after ko?

Got ko'd by a cougar today and cant see my character ?

walk in and out of a building, port to town, i think even stomp will bring you back.

I don't think its random. As far as I know it happens all the time.

happens sometimes if you get knocked out by debuffs (poison, fear, bleed).
Anything that will force a reload of the animation works (entering a building to reload all graphics, forcing another animation, relogging, ...)

It's not random. Please learn mechanics.

Isn't this an intentional thing? To allow you to more easily click-gather dropped items?

No, it's a graphic bug with a sometimes useful side effect.

you'd only be invisible to other players, though: not the monsters. Those can still detect you on the rainbow meter.
