This usually means that a mid-level player has to not only go and kill a Quetzalcoatl simply to be able to compete with someone using Quetzalcoatl darts but also they have to carry ALL types of anti-venoms on them at all times in case of combat. It's too much and is too powerful for use, just like Darwoth showed us here. His much smaller alt was able to KO and keep the much larger L33 with just a simple blowdart attack simply because L33 didn't have all the anti-venoms or the time to drink them.

The biggest problems I have with it are:

1. Players have a minute or less (according to most accounts) to either use all types of anti-venom WHILE IN COMBAT or to get to the anti-venom in their village.

2. Even though dart making leaves a long term scent it's incredibly easy to protect those scents by either making them with a 'Dart alt' in the most protected part of your base or making them in a hovel and then destroying the hovel along with any scents inside it.

4. USING the Darts on another player should leave a Summonable scent along with the long term scents on the Dart making alt. Using a dart on an animal should still not leave a scent.

Using a Blowdart only leaves a non-summonable scent. Is that what you're confused about?

So you're not going to even try and say where I'm wrong? Why do you always try and troll like this and say I'm wrong when I'm not. You look like an idiot. If I'm wrong then prove it and I'll admit I'm wrong. Tell me where I'm wrong and I'll change it or say "I'm wrong" right here in this thread. Don't just spam-troll face-palms for no reason like a jackass. You're a mod for ***** sake, try and act like one so new players don't think the dev's and representative's of the game are idiots.

Please Dallane enlighten me/us with your infinite wisdom about the game. Please show us where we're wrong.

No I'm not going to educate you on this game when you can find this information out yourself.

I don't think you understand! They are complimentary, like the Sun and the Moon, the Yin and the Yang, Good and Evil. One cannot exist without the other.

This made me laugh because it never happens. But just to alleviate anyone's fears who might read and believe your drivel, there are only two types of antivenom, so even if you drink 'all types' of it, that's only 2. Also, remember that LeeLee admitted earlier that he spent all his time running around and hiding behind a tree because he didn't take the darts seriously. He did this for a few minutes while Darwoth missed again and again. Darts are very inaccurate. And finally, if he'd attacked instead of dodging about, he quite possibly would have won the fight, being so much higher in humors. Darts and Firearms in general are a way for the little guy to gain an advantage over the big guys; I think this mechanic has proven to be very effective there.

Darts also have a large skill to get to. Antivenom is so easy to get there is no reason why you shouldn't have it on you.

T2 Darts are not for the "little guy", (What was used to KO me) because you need a big guy in the darkness hunting grinding darkness snakes to get the materials for a nice amount of the T2 darts, Which then they trickle back down the line to the combat alts. This was "the little guy taking on the big guy", and in this case i was by FAR the "little guy", you however in your twisted normal dev mind see the facts through a prism then spout some rainbow ***** to make darwoth sound like he was at a huge disadvantage. You of all people should know humors no longer mean nothing with the ****** mechanics you guys implimented, Darts, TBC, allowing doughnut TBF/TBC claims. This game's pvp is now nothing but boring Derp central, designed for the retarded who can play 24/7.

The second i left a waste scent defending the village My character was a dead man walking, long prior to the fight.

PS, I did take the dart's seriously, however i only bring 1 anti-poison with me, didnt have a T2 antivenom, nothing to do not killing **** tons of them, nore trying to buy them ingame from others, they are rare, and only those who had time to endless grind them gained them.

Eitherway This thread has become boring and stale. The whole combat side of this episode is beside the point.

The skills is not really that hard to gain if you have the infrastructure to pump it out.

I do agree with this, Im unsure how long the scent is when crafting darts but i know it is apparently long like silver, as for shooting darts, they should also leave a summonable scent, HOWEVER, the only person who i have seen use darts is Darwoth, and he can bypass the madness/insanity mechanic intended to force people to log out using tobacco. So it means nothing if he leaves scents, as he stays logged in 24/7, bypass's offline summoning, bypass's the stocks and IF, You do TBC him on his developer created island (At huge cost/risk to you), he will just scalp his alt himself, and move onto alt #7.

Pointless mechanics, pointless systems, pointless game (At the moment)
