I think so, however, I just happened to be standing at my grinder working on some flour when the blood moon kicked off. I saw a message on the bottom that said my madness is now lvl 3. So basically it jumped 2 levels when the blood moon started. No worries though. A couple sleeps with me teddy and I'm all good now.
