Wanted to ask if townbell has no money in it does the claim still work?i mean people still need to use criminal act if they want to steal grief things inside it?(not the bell itself)
And another thing is authority connected to money inside or u can have high autorithy while having no money in?

They still have to use criminal acts to commit crime on a claim regardless if its paid or not

I have been told the authority dose not count towards the town leaderboard if the bell is out of silver. I have also heard whispers that leaving your bell unpaid is very illadvised. The Devs don't like tax dodgers and they tend to be inventive on the methods in which they deal with them. Just plant up a few more cotton fields - the bell silver drain is hardly anything, on even large villages.

Unless you can attack an empty bells village directly without a waste claim if its empty, otherwise keeping it filled under the mechanics of being able to destroy the bell + Autho objects is pointless as hell.

well it dose stop the ONE village from spamming authority with no way to stop them......... but...... there were plenty of other ways to do this with out ***** every other village in the game. >.>

i like my statue idea... but they could have used the existing saint crosses instead of statues..... i mean really... my idea probably would have taken like 2-3 hours of time to implement... but no... change the one line of code protecting active villages.
