If I can recall, you either don't have enough max black bile to take it off the claim or you don't have larceny/some other criminal skill. Try raising your biles some more or use a criminality set to lower bile cost.

You need 40 Black Bile for any larceny. Just wait for the claim to run out of money set a timer for 30 days and then go try to commit waste on it. I had a neighbor that abandoned as well and left a claim I just waited two months and then rolled up and took the claim out.

Yes, yellow bile is needed to carry things off claim. Not sure about exact amount.

I have done this once while wearing +49 criminality clothes and it costs me 57-58 yellow and 20-21 black. I was jacked up on tea at the time so I couldn't decipher the exact number perfectly.

I would like to ask couple of questions.

1. Is there a way to tell if the pcalim is payed without having access to the claim stone.
2. Do you need waste to get rid of the claim stone on an unpayed pclaim.
3 does destruction of the stone leave scents?

1) I believe the only way to tell is to have access to the stone and try to destroy it. If you cant destroy it, it is paid and if you can it is not. As of a few patches ago, all claims (unpaid or paid) will be 'Active' and its defenses can activate on you

2) You need the skill waste to destroy anything on a claim if I can recall. If you are talking about waste claims, those are only necessary for towns

3) Yes, it leaves a waste scent that last 11 days
