2/6 of my Timber Piles missing, mysteriously

I just logged in to find 2 of my timber piles, among 6 which I placed at the same time about 2 days ago, to be completely gone. I built them on my claim so there can't have been decay, and I turned on tracking and reloaded the area to find no scents anywhere. Can anyone explain where these timber piles went? Thanks!

Are you completely sure they were on your claim? What server is this on? Have you given anyone else access to your claim? If there is no scents and they were on your claim I have no idea how that could have occurred unless you were on Popham as there is a way they could have vanished if you were on Popham.

I know they could I don't have a good reason why they would. However I do have some experience with this...

4 people have access to my claim for trespassing, only 2 have vandalism and theft enabled which are people I know personally and wouldn't do that of course. Can't think of any way it could have vanished without scents.

Also, guys, the boards aren't finished yet. Only 2 days old. No reason to destroy them since I can't see what that would accomplish and nothing to steal. So confused.

Are you sure you finished building them entirely? If it was just construction sign it may have decayed.
