is not a player, it is originally a group of seven different PK players from the atlantic shard in UO, on Siege Perilous they all thought it would be funny to make characters named with the same acronym of their names and kill people at the moongates with meteor swarm spam, since there were no name restrictions in UO much like Salem this caused mass confusion and mass hate.

Since then in each game they make a single "DARWOTH" entity with a dozen or more players behind it, from forum persona and posts I believe the team lead for this particular DARWOTH is the R (Rostak in UO, Rostten from EQ) who happens to be one of the biggest assholes of the original seven.

They use their guild as a recruitment tool to carefully find those that can be part of the ruse and then the member is assigned to the DARWOTH team in their given game, as far as gaming goes it is like a secret society among the PVP crowd. There are at least five different guilds that have done this for years.
