i know you have difficulty accepting that you are wrong, but as usual you are.

1> that is how it was years ago and has been every step of the way since through the dozens of empty bells i have popped.

2> your "proof" by posting videos of you attacking a live bell and then debating whether it was live or not is stupid.

3> your "proof" by posting videos at all saying i am wrong when all anyone has to do is go hit a damn bell with no money in it to see your full of **** is even more stupid, even moreso since the entire "argument" your attempting to make is that a week ago your bell was expired when i took out your town since you "dont care anyway", i point out the scent showing it was indeed live and you retort "nuh uh dead bells leave scents!!"

they do not, they never have, they certainly didn't a week ago which is the relevant timeframe. your video proves nothing except that you are incorrect.

within my first two days of ROANOKE i destroyed a dead bell, no scents because i was new to the server and had no waste. you are a ***** idiot.

You're obvious troll. This was possible before December patch, which overhauled raiding system.
JohnCarver wrote:Inactive Raiding

Inactive raiding will no longer be a thing. Claims without silver will still be active in that you will commit crimes when assaulting them. The only difference is that if you make it to the Claimstone, you can now destroy it if it is out of silver. Thus allowing you to take over the base or destroy/loot the remainder of it without crimes.

And latest sneaky gay change for towns effectively removing next feature with eliminating new towns, because it's no longer unique for them (except "instant attackable" part, I hope).

JohnCarver wrote:Fledgling Towns

Towns that are less than one week old instantly become attackable under a waste claim. In addition to this, their bells and authority objects can also be destroyed. New towns should make a note to stay off the radar for at least a week.

Aaaand I just want to quote this for truth. This one from "heads up" announces before the patch.
JohnCarver wrote:The 'reason' to keep your claims paid is that another player, when gaining access to your base, may still destroy your bell/claimstone etc. if it is out of silver. So paying claims is still very much a thing.

yes, no **** captain obvious.

fledgling towns are an entirely separate mechanic, and dead towns trigger defenses and waste scents on structures like anything else. however the stones/bell themselves do not nor have they ever just like now. it is hilarious how all of the "vets" in this game don't know **** and then want to debate with me about it when they have already demonstrated they have no clue about basic raid mechanics.

i am done educating you retards, continue "knowing" i am wrong i guess. ill be over here hitting towns instead

What is this argument about? Unpaid bells? Unpaid bells can be destroyed without a waste claim and leave no scent when they are popped. This has always been true as long as I remember and is one of the reasons you should keep your bell paid.

Meow, the fact that you as a developer claim that as the truth is hilarious. I have plenty of footage which shows otherwise. Don't instantly support Darwoth with everything he does, he is wrong quite often.
