Feeding the Indian

Hi
quite at the beginning after Character creation am supposed to feed nuts to the Indian Nubs.
Am already stuck there as the Indian is coverd in game by a tree and if I try to drag and drop nuts towards the Indian it seems I drop them on the floor instead of feding them

Am I doing something wrong?

Hold down the scroll button and spin around to get a proper view of the area, that's how you'll spot Nubs.

Salem has an Help button in GameMenu.

It tell you how you use it.
