you are all retarded.

1> the judaism theory that making it easier for him and his trash group to beat up on newbs and that tea, salts, watches, boomerangs, darts and so on should be removed because he is to lazy to properly load a character is going to somehow INCREASE POPULATION is ***** ridiculous

2> the developers, every single one. have other obligations and jobs. john himself has spent the last year doing jack **** all day but working on the game i am sure he is behind on other things that he needs to get caught up on, like spending time with his newborn. instead of ***** during "quiet" periods be glad that you had about 8 years of jorbtar development over the past 10 months and play with the content you currently have.

3> the overall playerbase has grown a lot from where it was, it has only "shrunk" in the face of popham which does not represent anything at all as the population is expected to ebb and flow with the age of expeditions. additionally haven 2 launched recently and all the retards have to go get rocked over there again before they come back in 2 months as is the standard pattern with those sorts.

4> popham as a whole was a bust yes, many things could have been done better and timed better. i am sure the next expedition will be more interesting, then you can all get a several thousand login account spike, take screenshots and say something stupid a week later when they return to realistic levels again.

Imho some things that should strongly be considerd.

A much much larger range of creatures to hunt, which inturn can open up vast more content to the game, it all does not need to be added at once, and most of the added extra content can be added by piggy backing on other images / content.(glutton foods), only new creature models need to be added. ( can be easily done by making 2 groups of male / female, each with slightly different skins / abilitys / values )

Example : Deer> Make into Stag / Deer, could potentionally spawn in a pack which attack together if provoked, may have a baby with them (Prime for stealing to tame), could be fleshed out into most of the animal's

I know new darkness versions of some monsters have recently been added, but im talking about doubling or trippling the current amount of monsters.

Add real Taming of the current creatures, add male / female versions of all current creatures (Add real breeding), make use of the tranq items into taming the beasts, then feed them why unconisious. After playing Ark some recently it really can be quite a fun mechanic(Look at the Ark taming process to understand what i mean, it really is a good concept and could be adapted easily). Add the ability to ride more creatures through creating sadles and the creatures being tamed.(again from Ark).

I have always felt random encounters/events could go a long long way, we are not just talking about monsters, but npcs, cave entrances leading to mini expiditions with high risk / high reward inside, Once the cave have been explored and you leave, the entrance closes behind you. It something like a 0.01% chance for a cave entrance to spawn when a tile is loaded, maybe add an item to help increase these chances of finding an entrance which also points towards a spawned entrance. Help wagons, meaning you find a random npc with a broken horse drawn cart, it is your quest** to make him a new wheel, you chop a tree, make a whittling bench craft him a crude wheel and for your 10min effort are rewarded with 200s as a token of thanks, on the other hand you could act as a bandit and choose to just attack them and steal some goods?

I really could flesh out some real content on how it would happen, but meh i have done that so often in the past and been shot down. On the other hand, i was the first person i think to suggest a real newb island years ago which did not go down well with the community and here we are today.

To put it short, the wilderness / exploring is boring beyond the fact of mapping / finding other players.

This is my major gripe. Even if you do not put out any claim on the accuracy of the wiki, why can't you just point out a single "official" wiki so we don't get all the wiki turmoil. If you think it is required, you can always appoint some moderators (there are plenty of people that already sink a ton of time in the wikis).
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Ooh, that brings me a similar idea to mind - micro-biomes with unique stuff, that spawn around the world for a short amount of time.
You're right, random limited-access content could probably spice exploration up.

I don't understand why people don't just use Sab's. It's up 100% and has people updating it.

Im sure you were one of the people who totally shot down my suggestion of a newb island, giving them an introduction to the game, and you were 100% against it.

Yet as i mentioned in my above post, here we are today and it done nothing but positive things.

Then again, as you have stated many times, things others like, you do not. Its not a fact of it not a good suggestion as it most likely is a very good suggestion, its the fact that if it is a good suggestion and others like it, as Darwoth you cannot like it.

EDIT: Im confident you will now comment on how worthless and useless the newb island is, and how much of a waste of dev time it was.

To be fair there are people who play the noob island thinking it's the full game, get pissed when they lose everything and then quit.

actually i never did nor do i currently give a remote **** one way or the other about "newb island" which resembles virtually nothing of your original **** suggestion.

for years you have pasted ****** suggestions for garbage systems taken from themepark carebear games you have played that have no place in this one, which is why you now want instances    (i still remember when you and darnok were the claeyt before claeyt showed up, prob why you changed your forum name)
