Refilling a cooking pot

I have a bucket of water on me peasant hand, how do I fill the humble clay pot o' mine with it yo' lordship?

Take the pot from fireplace to your inventory and rightclick it with bucket in your hand.

You can also left click the pot and then right click water (river, lake, ...) or a barrel of water.
