Crashing character

My character's name is Yonderkitty and yesterday i was out foraging when I suddenly encountered some error that crashed me on the spot. Ever since then I haven't been able to log back into that character, every time I try to load her I get an error log message with this in the details: Caused by: haven.Resource$LoadException: Incomplete resource at gfx/terobjs/butterflyhouse

I tried reinstalling the browser but that didn't do anything and I'm not sure what else to do.

I was told someone named Meow here might be able to help me?

what browser?
try deleting this folder C:\Users\yourusername\Salem to download the game again, it seems an error with an object or texture, save your configurations and radars if modified

Rather, try deleting the hidden C:\users\yourusername\.salem folder, that's where resources are cached.

unfortunately that only worked for about five seconds. I was able to log fully in but once there i took about five steps and crashed again, and now it's back to not even being able to fully log in before crashing :(

Please post the latest crash reports , full reports, so that people can get an idea of what's going wrong.

Try turning off windows firewall and any other security programs while the game re-downloads some resources if it needs to.

just to make sure i understand, delete the game file again and this time turn off my security before i download and install it so it's not blocking elements of the game?

ok i removed the game, turned off my scans and redownloaded and it still isn't working. Not sure where to go from here.
