I have search a little bit for the right thread to post.
I woulnd add a new thread and the Bed Bugs Thread (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=15301) is in wrong category.

I was online 2 Days before.
When i'm going to bed i had Madness 0.
But i have had work in Mine on this evening 2 days ago, therefor i thought it would be a good idea to go to bed with my Teddy in my simple Bed.
Have thought about, because some other people have report, that madness maybe dont show up right before you go to bed.

Today i have login and think about, what to do.
Have put my Teddy in my Chest and have say Hello in Village Chat.

Then 7 Minutes later: Your Madness increased to level 1!

(It was around a half hour ago.)

How is this possible after around 44 hours of sleeping in my simple bed with my teddy?

It doesn't matter how long you sleep in your bed. You didn't do anything else to stop your insanity gain. Are you sure your teddy isn't cursed?

I have still not seen any hard evidence to this not working correctly. More often then not players don't realize that some things they do adds insanity quite quickly if they do a ton of it. For example, you will certainly gain a madness level in 7 minutes if you spend those entire 7 minutes pulling tails off salamanders. What is wrong with you! Think of the life that Salamander has to live now. But I can confirm there is pretty much NO way that you would gain insanity while sleeping. I suppose there could be an odd bug here or there that MIGHT cause the insanity reduction to not trigger, but I investigated it and I highly doubt it. It seems far more likely people are simply doing things they didn't realize add insanity in the first place.

15ish salamanders and a bit under 15ish (i think) turkey necky snappy snappy. I guess someone could not realize that, but now that you're coming back it'd be nice to have some investigating done into some bug reports. While a healthy dose of skepticism and cynicism can keep the mods/devs sane, it gets tiresome hearing a long chain of players accused of being derps. Would be nice to confirm that either they are indeed derps or if there's a bug squash it for the greater good xD

Like i have told yesterday, i had do some mining 2 days before. And i was online like around 4-6 hours.
I've been gone to bed with my teddy, that isnt cursed, because i have made him by myself and he has never left my house in our town.
Then i wake up around 40-44 hours later with madness 0.
In this 7 Minutes i have only put my Teddy in the chest and have write some things in village chat and had not left my House.

Don't understand me wrong, i can manage it.
Have take then a hookah and all was good... it was only weird and some other people have report it, so i thought, maybe it is relevant to find a clue if is really a bug.

--------------------------------------
Another Clue can be maybe the wallpaper. I have two different in my House. Not this Fluffy Wallpaper. It is the green one and Jute.
One of my townmates has tell me some days before, that she had Brick Wallpaper and since there she had the feeling that the Bed/Teddy Madness reduction does not work proper. She had changed then the wallpaper and now it seems good for her.

I get this bug in Providence. Do a TON of whittling sharp sticks, madness 0, then quickly log on/off a couple times (moving resources between alts), and find yourself at new madness level.
Now, I just put some logs beside the bed, with a whittler's table, and do a bunch of sharp sticks, each time char wakes up. Most of the time, this controls it.

In retrospect: I was about 20 humors. The game acts much differently at that level. When I will be logging on and off in less than a few hours, I LOG OFF rather than use the bed. But now with humors just above 50, the problem is largely absent.
