Iron purity - Mining levels

Hello!

I was wondering, would i be able to find iron purity 100% on level 1? Or can you like only find it on the last level.
Or does it work that it is simply easier to find higher quality the lower you go?

Purity

The purity of a ore is now based on the level you are on and the distance from the ladder.

The Purity of the Ore Boulder transfers directly to the Bar of Pig Iron produced in the smelter. Purity also transfers to Bar of Copper, but has no effect in the game right now. The further from the Ladder you get your Ore Boulder, the better chance that it will have higher purity ore in it. If you wear clothing with a bonus to the Mining Artifice, you can get better chances for higher purity ore.

Thank you! I am aware of that.
But i guess i have to clarify.

If i am on level 1, and mine 1000 tiles from the ladder, will i be able to get 100% purity iron? Considering it is far from the ladder, which is one of the factors.
I am guessing i will be able to on the last level. But for instance, you can only get a maximum of 40% purity on level 1, 45% on level 2, 50% on level 3 etc. Or is the purity maximum obtainable on all levels?

Level 8 I believe. I don't think dreamworld can be mined

Can you break down to the dreamworld anywhere you mine? I thought it would only happen when you mine through darktiles, can't i just avoid them on level 8?
