There was an option to bypass it for 200s, if you had the funds in your bank account from a pervious character on the world.

However due the devs not thinking the whole concept through, they had to remove it when popham was released as they decided to put the server selection in AFTER you created your character, and not prior. Meaning you could bypass the tutorial island, then select popham, something they never wanted.

Now if they made you choose your server first they could have created two slightly different tutorial instances were the one for popham had no option / npc to bypass the tutorial, were as the providence one could have remained the same.

Oh wait, let me guess too complicated to impliment ?

you can rotate your camera by pressing hte middle mouse button down and dragging.

There needs to be a simple button option in the options menu for freestyle camera and not a command type JC. Or better yet have it standard instead of follow camera.

+1, in the beginning the graphics are not that nice and its pretty hard to walk through the initial door etc without knowing how to handle the camera
