What the heck do i do with a Salem.jnlp file?

it's not possible to open it or anything, it just says windows cannot open this file.

Help?

You most likely don't have Java installed. Install it.

If you do, right click it and open with program files\java\bin\javaws.exe

Firewall or antivirus software might be blocking it. Might be your router settings too.
